Got a comment on my weight loss from my stepdad today :-)

This is a big thing because if he’s noticed it, it means it’s noticeable….he notices NOTHING.

I ate a bit more today than I have the past few days, didn’t really go as planned so the next two days I’m going to fast in hope of not gaining today and maybe losing 1lb which means I’ll have 2 days to lose 1.5kg which is a high hope but I think if then I just stick to 3 bowls of lettuce and exercise I can do it which I know I can because of today. Then I’m not eating Friday and only having lettuce for 3 days after and nothing the 4th day which means I will be hopefully 2kg away from my goal.

This is good, I’ve been taking pictures and I can actually see a huge difference.

Already at my first goal, this means I have 4 days to lose 2kg and then 4 days to lose maybe 1kg so then I only have to lose 2kg over 2 weeks and omg I’m back where I started.

So I’m gonna plan out my meals.

Today:

300 calories worth of special K (60g)

80 calories worth of a fruit platter (1/4 banana, 1 small nectarine, half an apple)

20 calories worth of a salad (lettuce, 2 tomatoes and lemon juice)

Monday - Thursday

Just iceburg lettuce and lift my exercise up.

(here I should’ve dropped 2kg)

Friday - nothing.

Saturday - Monday

Keep to 300 calories and try stay vegan about it and avoid carbs.

Exercise a lot.

(here I should have lost 1kg)

Tuesday - nothing

Next two weeks  - one meal a day or keep my calories to 300.

Going for lunch - skip breakfast and have a lunch ranging from 300-500 calories and eat half. Then have a small portion of dinner.

Having a nice meal in - don’t eat anything till dinner.

Normal days - just one meal OR 

brunch: booster juice/ fruit salad/nothing

lunch: nothing/fruit platter/lentil patties and salad

dinner: soup/roast veg/salad

Then I can come home, lose 2kg and be a very happy raw vegan chappy.

I’m learning to love having a big bust rather than despise it. Boobs are gr8.

Which is now a plus side that I’ve come to this realisation because no matter how much weight I lose I will always generally have 30DD/32D and a ghetto arse.

And no matter how much weight I put on, I will always have a small waist.

This is excellent.

The reason why religious arguments are never solved is because you win a fight by stating the facts. You start a fight by a disagreement and solve the situation using facts which you cannot argue against. You cannot win an argument based on opinions. Every opinion has an opposition, facts do not have an opposition.

So everyone sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up about it. None of you are right and none of you are wrong. Believe what you want to believe and let everyone else believe what they want to believe.

Just did 500 step ups and a minimal self toning programme. Going to take a bath, take the dogs for a walk and get ready to burn some calories working under the grill tonight, hopefully will be 1kg down tomorrow or the next day which then gives me 3 days to lose 1 more kg which seems impossible but I’m happy to be extra strict and hopefully be down another 1kg 3 days after prom so I can arrive -somewhere I’m not allowed to say- with only 2-3kg to lose over 2 weeks and when I’m home I’ll work really hard losing 2kg and then hopefully spend my summer toning up.

Although when I get to college I would like to drop 5kg with a strict raw vegan diet and exercise regime. Then I’ll be happy.

lost 1kg so far. Trying to lose another 2 or 3 before prom and then lose 3kg over the following 2 weeks after.

2 nectarines, 1 banana, 2 bowls of lettuce and 4 crackers with marmite and cheese on.

That’d be 500 maximum (meaning everything rounded to the next 100 so actually nowhere near) so that’d cool, going to be working it off tonight and tomorrow I’ll weigh myself and stick to just lettuce.
